WHEN YOU CHOOSE TO DIVE WET, IT DOESN’T MEAN YOU HAVE TO DIVE COLD
Just like outerwear, layering can greatly increase the comfort of your dive, especially warmth. We labor over every detail to give you the right options to adapt each BARE wetsuit for various diving environments. The result is compatible undergarments of different thickness, and perfect layering for every dive.
VESTS AND JACKETS
Vests and jackets are perfect layering items for adding warmth because they can be quickly added or subtracted between dives. All vests are designed to seal, with or without attached hoods, and can be worn inside or outside the wetsuit.
HOODS
Hoods offer protection in all conditions, not just heat retention for cold-water dives. As protection against abrasions, they are a good addition to any dive kit when diving on wrecks or any overhead environment. We’ve taken great care in designing our hoods to fit comfortably and resist flushing.
GLOVES
Diving with exposed hands opens the door to loss of dexterity and marine life stings. … We’ve been there. But gloves that fit poorly or bunch can be just as problematic. That’s why we manufacture many different glove options for a variety of water temperatures. From the 7mm three-finger mitt to the 2mm Tropic Sport Glove, we are here to lend you a hand.
BOOTS
More than just a shoe, a well-designed dive boot restricts water-flow, is durable, fits properly, doesn’t bunch and protects your feet from sharp objects, fin blisters and cold water. We manufacture our boots to ensure a comfortable anatomical fit and watertight seam, stitching, seals and closures. Available in varying thickness and styles, our boots compliment any wet or dry system for all kinds of diving and watersports.
